I am concerned about the use of sweatshop labor. How does SHUKR treat its employees?

We completely share your concern regarding the exploitation of workers and "sweatshop" labor generally. SHUKR abhors these practices and not only do we faithfully respect the labor laws of Jordan, where our clothing is produced, we also voluntarily offer our staff wages and benefits above that commonly offered by most other companies here. One finds, therefore, that we have an extremely low turnover of labor compared with other factories / companies because we have content, long-term workers. At the same time, our workers are able to comfortably support their families.
