Your sizes don’t fit me - can I have an item tailor-made to suit my measurements?

Yes, we offer two types of customization to the lengths of our products:

1. We can shorten the length (and sleeves) of any item, providing there is not a design feature at the bottom that prevents it from being shortened.
2. We can also make some items with increased length. These are our Made-To-Order items which we manufacture according to customer order. You can identify our Made-To-Order items by seeing if there is a note on the product page which says: Note: This is a Made-To-Order design which we specially produce for you. Please note that the current processing time for all Made-To-Order designs is 2 weeks.

If you would like a customized alteration then please do the following: 

1. Click on the "Customise Length" tab which you will find between the size and color swatches on the product page.
2. Enter the required garment length in the Garment Length Measurement field.
3. Enter the required sleeve length in the Sleeve Length Measurement field.
4. If you have any notes or comments to add please use the Any Additional Comments field.

Please make sure to refer to our Garment Measurement charts on each product page to see the exact measurements of the garment itself. Follow the instructions to take the measurements of a similar product you already own in order to confirm that you are selecting the right size and to see what customized alterations in length you will require.

Please note that customized items take an extra 3 days to process on top of the delivery times mentioned on our website, and have a no-return policy. We will produce the lengths you request, within a toleration level of up to 1cm (less than half an inch).
