What do I do if I received a defective item?

Our garments undergo a strict and thorough quality control process. However, occasionally, an imperfect item will slip through or become damaged during handling and be shipped out. We sincerely apologize for this.

If you have received a defective item, please submit a ticket using the 'Returns & Exchanges' option. Please let us know:

  • Your name and order number
  • The item number, name, size, and color of the defective garment
  • The nature of the defect

Our customer care specialists will then contact you and work to rectify the situation to your satisfaction.
