What happens if an item I ordered is not in stock when the order is processed?

Sometimes, we discover that items that appeared on our inventory as "in stock" when you placed your order are actually sold out. We try to keep our inventory as up-to-date as possible. However, occasionally, an item's inventory will not be updated right away. If this happens and your order is affected, our customer care specialists will notify you and inform you of your options. We do apologize for the inconvenience.

If your order has not been packed for shipment, you may opt for the same item in another color, or another item. If your order has been packed, you will receive a refund or store credit, which you can use towards purchasing another item.
